I have used Capital Claims Tax Depreciation for all of my investment properties and have been extremely satisfied. I have had no ATO issues, the reports are extremely detailed with everything you need for tax for 40 years. They contain all claiming methods and are detailed and thorough. All staff members I have dealt with have been courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. And BONUS... their fees are up to $400 cheaper than some of the other quotes I received and the process was much easier! Other quoting companies have tried to use heavy sales pressure, repeated spamming of my inbox and fear tactics to justify their higher prices...
