Alan's career began in 2003 with a large national quantity surveying firm. Promoted to team leader in 2005 Alan, alongside Mark, lead a team of property and tax depreciation professionals servicing the needs of thousands of investors nationwide. Alan has been actively involved in all aspects of the depreciation process including pre and post service consultancy to investors.

Alan also has extensive experience in front end cost planning and estimating, having prepared elemental cost estimates for numerous residential, commercial, retail and industrial developments.
